ASU won the 1st game 3-1 against the University of Colorado. Riley Barrett pitched a great complete game again allowing just 4 hits, 1 run, 0 earned runs, and 0 walks, while striking out 10 of 25 batters. Riley, Xavier Gonzales, Jonny Fenwick and Josh Sarabia were each 1 for 3 at the plate.

Game 2 had a slow start until the Devils broke it open in the 6th, eventually winning 12-2 over NAU. Sean Straub pitched 5 great innings giving up 6 hits and no runs while striking out 7. Joel Collier pitched an inning allowing 3 hits, 2 runs and 0 earned runs while striking out 1. Michael Galpin finished it up allowing only 1 hit and 1 walk. Joel gets his 4th win of the season. Max Muehlhausen was 2/2, 2 runs, 1 RBI, a stolen base and 1 walk. Josh Sarabia went 2/4 with a double, 3 runs, and 1 RBI. Danny Machaj had a good game going 2/3, a stolen base and scoring 1 run. DH Riley Barrett also helped the offense going 1/2 with a double, 2 RBI’s on 2 sac flies and a walk.
